 Proper Attribution Request for My Work on the Game Development Team:   I would like to discuss a matter concerning the proper attribution of my contributions to our collaborative game(s) development project.  Working as a member of the Game Development Team, I understand that MOST have all been CONTRIBUTING OUR TIME and SKILLS VOLUNTARILY. While I appreciate the spirit of collaboration, it is essential to recognize and credit individuals for their contributions, as it contributes to the overall professionalism of the project and team.

I kindly request that my work be properly credited with my full name, "Ryan Lee Eicheldinger," in all relevant game(s) credits and promotional materials. Proper attribution not only acknowledges the effort and commitment I have put into this project (as well as others) but also aligns with industry standards.  To ensure that this matter is resolved promptly and amicably, I am providing a 90-day grace period, starting from 10-1-2023, for the necessary adjustments to be made. After this period, I reserve the right to request the removal of any media or content associated with our project in which my work is not appropriately credited.

I believe that addressing this concern will enhance the overall professionalism and quality of the project, and I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.  Thank you for your attention to this request, and I look forward to seeing the appropriate credits in the game(s).

Music publishing of any audio content with the creator(s) music, such as original releases or cover versions on, film, TV and video games, ringtones, greeting cards and even karaoke machines – and collecting money for such uses, usually in the form of a currency fee.  The Songwriters own the copyrights in the music and lyrics to the songs they write and any currency fees or royalties from the commercial use of their songs must be in the form of a license. Publishing income does not come from copyright ownership in sound recordings. It comes from ownership of the copyrights in the songs. The copyright owner of a song is entitled to certain exclusive rights under the U.S. Copyright Act (see section on the “Rights of the Copyright Owner”). If someone wants to use the creator(s) song in any way, they must get permission from the copyright owner in the form of a license. Money generated from creator(s) music is called “publishing income”.

1. Identification of the creator(s) of the material and any others designated to receive attribution, in any reasonable manner requested by the creator(s) (including by pseudonym if designated);
2. Media and formats; technical modifications allowed. The creator(s) authorizes  to exercise the Licensed Rights in all media and formats whether now known or hereafter created, and to make technical modifications necessary to do so. The creator(s) waives and/or agrees not to assert any right or authority to forbid You from making technical modifications necessary to exercise the Rights, including technical modifications necessary to circumvent Effective Technological Measures. For purposes of simply making modifications authorized by this Section 2(a)(4) never produces Adapted Material.
